One of the BIGGEST misunderstandings we hear is: “Many people told me I don’t need IDR 10 Billion capital to set up a PMA.”
And on the surface, that sounds great. But here’s the truth.

“Don’t worry, nobody checks.”
“Just register it first.”

But that is not how the regulation works. Even if you do not immediately inject the full IDR 10 Billion capital, you are declaring this commitment to the Indonesian government. If Immigration, BKPM, or the Tax Office decides to check:
